作为蜚声海内外的“双杠之神”、“双杠机器人”，邹敬园2017年体操世锦赛拿下首个世界冠军，2018年世锦赛再次以绝对优势卫冕，2021年首次参加奥运会又以“断层”高分摘金、2024年巴黎奥运会夺得男子双杠冠军…… 他以其卓越的成就和不屈的精神，成为了无数年轻人的榜样。

Through sports, students not only hone their bodies but also cultivate resilience and foster teamwork, allowing each soul to flourish through perseverance—this is indeed the most invaluable asset in their growth.
Known internationally as the "God of Parallel Bars" and the "Parallel Bars Robot," Zou Jingyuan claimed his first world title at the 2017 Gymnastics World Championships, successfully defended his title in 2018, and captured gold at the 2021 Olympics with a stunning score. He is set to compete for the men's parallel bars championship at the 2024 Paris Olympics. His remarkable achievements and indomitable spirit have made him a role model for countless young people.

On October 29, Olympic champion Zou Jingyuan visited Huaai School to share his journey to victory, stories of perseverance, and life insights with teachers and students. He not only brought his personal narrative but also conveyed the profound significance of the Olympic spirit. This event, themed "The Olympic Spirit Shines, Together We Forge the Dream of a Strong Nation," aimed to inspire the sports spirit and patriotism of HPAers.

而当邹敬园分享他的成长故事时，礼堂里静得出奇。学生们凝神倾听，他的每一句话都如春风化雨，滋润着他们渴望拼搏的心田。
他讲述了无数次的训练、挑战与坚持，那一份执着与决心，让孩子们深刻领悟到梦想的道路绝非坦途，而是需要持之以恒的努力与奋斗。
邹敬园说：“我们要追求极致的心态去付出，而不是追求极致，只想得到一个结果，但只要站在赛场上，我们就要去把自己做到最好。
当我完美落地时，我发出胜利的怒吼，高高挥起我的右臂，这就是冰袋与热血交融的高举，这就是中国体操霸气的回应。
最终我用16.2的分数以压倒性的优势卫冕双杠金牌，也用实力捍卫了地表最强双杠之名，巴黎奥运会的经历让我再次成长，未来我的困难将更多而不会更加轻松，但是我希望我慢慢恢复起更多的项目，依然去追求我对奥林匹克的初心，去追求我们洛杉矶想去追求的团体金牌。
我将踏上新的征程，继续向男团奥运金牌发起我的冲击，而且可能也是最后的冲击，要将为中国男子体操再创辉煌的重任扛在肩上，哪怕前路有很多的荆棘和坎坷，我也要负重前行，迎难而上，以中华体育精神为指引，继续顽强拼搏，为国争光。
也希望在座的同学们，能健康快乐地去学习，面对困难的时候也要像我一样，不要退缩，超越它，然后去面对下一个挑战。”

As Zou Jingyuan shared his growth story, an unusual silence enveloped the anticipation. The students listened intently, each of his words nourishing their eager hearts like a spring breeze. He recounted countless hours of training, challenges, and perseverance, instilling in them the profound realization that the path to dreams is fraught with obstacles and demands unwavering effort and dedication.
Zou Jingyuan remarked, “We should pursue an attitude of striving for excellence in our efforts, rather than simply chasing perfection for the sake of achieving a result. As long as we are on the competition field, we must do our best.When I executed a perfect landing, I let out a triumphant roar, raising my right arm high in the air—a symbolic gesture that mingles ice packs with fervent passion. This is China's resounding response to the world of gymnastics. Ultimately, I clinched the gold medal on the parallel bars with an overwhelming score of 16.2, solidifying my title as the world's strongest on this apparatus. The experience at the Paris Olympics has contributed to my growth; I anticipate facing even greater challenges ahead, rather than a smoother path. Yet, I aspire to gradually regain proficiency in more events as I pursue my unwavering commitment to the Olympic ideals and the collective gold medal we aim for in Los Angeles. As I embark on this new journey, I will continue to strive for the men's team Olympic gold medal, potentially my final bid for glory. I bear the immense responsibility of revitalizing Chinese men's gymnastics, undeterred by the thorns and trials that lie ahead. I shall march forward with determination, guided by the spirit of Chinese athletics, and relentlessly engage in the struggle to bring honor to our nation. I hope that my fellow students also embrace learning with health and happiness, facing challenges without retreat, transcending obstacles, and then confronting the next endeavor.”

在互动问答环节，学生们踊跃发言，眼中闪烁着期待的光芒。HPA 8年级的Jenny同学问到：“邹老师您好，请问在您的职业生涯当中，最艰难的一段时光是什么时候？”
邹敬园回答道：“我最艰难的时候，不一定是失败的时候，因为我失败的时候也是很有目标的，就是我失败了，我想再次爬起来。但是我觉得对于运动员来说，最艰难的时候应该是有伤病的时候，没有办法进行训练又要承担任务的时候，我觉得对我来说是最困难的。
在这时我就只能不断给自己很好的心理暗示，然后去积极配合治疗，坚信自己可以重新回到赛场上。
我觉得这是一个突破自己、也突破伤病以及人生所面临的各种未知的时候。去突破未知，然后努力去创造更好的未来，我觉得这个是最重要的。”
同学们问及体操故事、奥运精神以及个人成长，邹敬园则耐心解答，传递着他对体育与人生的独到见解。
这一刻，HPAers不仅收获了知识，更感受到了梦想在心中逐渐发芽。

During the interactive Q&A session, the students eagerly participated, their eyes shimmering with anticipation. Jenny, a grade 8 student from HPA, asked, “Hello, Mr. Zou. What was the most challenging period in your career?”
Zou Jingyuan responded, “My toughest times were not necessarily marked by failure, for even during failure, I maintained my ambition and resolve to rise again. For athletes, however, the most arduous moments arise when faced with injuries, preventing training while still bearing responsibilities. That, for me, was the most daunting challenge. In such times, I could only give myself positive mental reinforcement, actively engage in rehabilitation, and steadfastly believe in my return to the competition arena. This period represents a breakthrough, both personally and in overcoming the uncertainties that life poses. It's about transcending the unknown and striving to create a brighter future, which I believe is of utmost importance.”
They inquired about gymnastics stories, the Olympic spirit, and personal growth, to which Zou Jingyuan responded with patience, imparting his unique insights on sports and life. In that moment, HPAers not only gained knowledge but also felt their dreams beginning to take root in their hearts.
